  • Yes, we have ramp access into the building, ensuring that our ground floor is accessible for wheelchair and mobility scooter users. We're also actively working on improving access to our first floor, so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy and explore all that we have to offer.

  • Yes, we do have a wheelchair available for visitors to use during their time on site.

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring a carer, personal assistant, or support person along with you. We will do our best to make your visit as smooth as possible.

  • Yes. We have clean, accessible toilets on site, equipped with support rails and emergency pull cords. If you need help locating them, a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

  • Yes. We understand that busy environments can be overwhelming. If you need a quieter spot to rest, just ask and we’ll guide you to a calm and comfortable space.

  • We aim to make all our events and activities as inclusive as possible. If you have specific needs or would benefit from adjustments, we’d love to hear from you ahead of time so we can make things work for you.
